Possible reason is there might be no phase line, Please contact Electricity Authority for proper diagnosis and resolve the issue.
Do not pull aggressively, wait for a few seconds and try again. Use emergency mechanical release lever and pull gently.
The red light indicator usually means voltage fluctuation or emergency stop. The ideal supply voltage is 380–440V. If the voltage drops below 325V, the charger throws a fault and the red light glows.
Unplug and plug the connector again,
Lock/unlock the vehicle,
Try starting the session once more
Charging is only enabled through a User ID. If you log in using the Owner ID, charging will not start. Switch to a user account.
